I'm hoping this will be my last holiday together living with my dad and brother. I did ask my brother if he wanted to share a place together, and honestly, he's not sure...

We always attend an extended family Thanksgiving. I have a cousin who has always borrowed her local fire station and this makes a way wicked place to have a large family gathering! The younger kids can run freely inside, where it's warm and there's plenty of room for everyone.

I also like making a smaller version for the 3 in the bachelor pad I'm in lol I go with a turkey roast, small ham and drumsticks, with the fixings, instead of a full-blown turkey, which makes too much leftovers.

We don't do much for Christmas. We have an artificial tree and plenty of decorations and that's about it. We set up lights on the front porch and keep it simple We usually don't have much for gifts and we get a handful of cards every year and they go on a stand up freezer in our livingroom, across from the tree and everything else.

Anyone want to share what their typical version of the Holidays is? It's always fun to share

EDIT: I found out there is no big Thanksgiving dinner set this year with the extended family, but a Christmas dinner will be set for next month. Still, the holidays are good to spend with family, to forgive them when they get on your nerves, to enjoy the good times with them...
